Very friendly service, great food, totally okay price-performance ratio

Really authentic atmosphere and the food is delicious! Besides, the staff is super friendly and even proposed to accomodate our special wishes for the kids.

The worst duck ever. Bad smelling, bad tasting. Not eaten despite being hungry as a bear. The waitress did not respond at all to my criticism.

Wanted to have a drink in the wine tavern on Monday evenings at 5:30 p.m. The waiter turned us away at the door because we didn't want to eat anything, he didn't have a table for us. The bar was completely empty except for 1 occupied table! There was no room for us for 30 minutes and a drink, what arrogance, what does a tavern stand for, if not something to drink for !?

This restaurant is so very cozy, clean and has a very good kitchen! The terrace also has so much charm !!

Reserved a table in the monastery cellar today. Great ambience! Unfortunately demotivate employees. Were placed at a table and simply ignored for half an hour. Keller was 30% busy. Then the most necessary things were done to get drinks and food on the table. Then nothing for a long time, no questions asked. Drew our attention a few times to maybe have a drink or a dessert. Very disappointing for the reputation this restaurant enjoys. Conclusion: good ambience. Food and service prices not justified.

The well-attended Heilig Geist Stiftschenke is high on my "must go" list. With their ancient and rustic ambience, they ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Those who prefer culinary and local Bavarian dishes are in the right place here. The beer garden overgrown with Evoy and the friendly, courteous waiters are a classic here. Price performance is appropriate. Highly recommended and get a thumbs up from me.

We were in the Stiftskeller, very quaint and beautiful. The food was delicious, especially the garlic soup. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. Overall, very recommendable!

Insanely beautiful beer garden for those who like it very green. Our waiter was very, very nice despite the many conditions and the stress involved. The food was very tasty. For us, the prices are fair. We recommend.

Food is great and the service is exemplary, but the reason you should really visit this restaurant is the incomparable atmosphere. If you enjoy good food and especially fine wines in a historic location while doing something good (the foundation Heilig-Geist-Stiftung owns the place) by just eating, this is your place. If not, there’s a McDonald’s just two blocks away..

Beautiful beer garden in a prime location. It is also in the pedestrian zone and it is quiet. Service is great, was also allowed to charge my battery. I didn't eat anything but what I saw looked delicious and there were also regular guests at lunch.

I have been eating there for years. This time my experience was disappointing. Service was good, as usual. The food, a fish dish was very disappointing. The waller was cooked in too much fat and very bony.

Great old school German fare, lamb was delicious, Jaeger schnitzel was excellent, service was great, eat out in the garden, we had a table in an ivy enclosed area that was like a small private dining room, under the open evening sky, it was magical. Go with a group.

We were there dinner. The food was ok, but not special. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the staff very friendly.

Local with 500 years of history. I ate a fantastic fish and drank a divine beer. The staff is discreet and polite. Absolutely recommended

A wonderful German dining experience. Delicious Bavarian offerings, great wine, wonderful desserts. English menus, good service. We loved sitting in the outdoor patio covered in grape vines. The downside in Germany is the smokers.

The wine cellar section is beautifully atmospheric. The whole restaurant is fabulously traditional and the food and service were fantastic. Highly recommended.

I went several times there, mostly to have dinner with colleagues. The restaurant has a really nice charm, wether you are outside in the Biergarten or inside in the cellar. The food is fresh and tasty, but also rafinied and subtle. It has always been a plesure to eat there and I enjoyed every bite. That said, it's pricesy, so you get what you are paying for.

Very good food, beer and wine. Personal was very polite and the prices are reasonable.

Very friendly and attentive service. Pleasant atmosphere. Many dishes to choose from, a few too many for my taste. The food was delicious, but the prices were a bit excessive for what was offered.

I have never had such a bad experience in any restaurant around the world. I have not seen such unwelcoming arrongant waiters as in this place. We were not even served and were made to leave. After we were given the worst table possible, they asked for what we drink. They did not serve our drinks for 30 minutes so we left. We really felt like we were made to leave and that was why they did not bring our drinks. Shame on this arrogant place with full of old, arrogant guests and waiters. Young people and foreigners should choose something else.
